Please note - from 3 Jan - 7 Feb 2021, your 500 Years of History and Painted Hall ticket will also include access to view Gaia in the Painted Hall.

- Visitors attending a tour, talk or the Skittle Alley while on site must wear a mask for the duration of the tour or their time in the Skittle Alley for the safety of our team, and other visitors.
- We are closely monitoring developments regarding COVID-19. If you wish to change the date of your visit, you can do so by logging into your ORNC account. Please note, there will be no admin fees charged for changing your tickets.
- The Skittle Alley is remaining closed for now in accordance with the Government guidance around bowling alleys. We are continuing to monitor this and hope to have it open again soon.
Please Note: A section of the Painted Hall will be closed to the public on Saturday 2nd January while we install & also Monday 8th February to dismantle Gaia, an artwork being exhibited. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and if you have already purchased your ticket(s) we are happy to change them for another day if you would prefer not to visit while this installation is taking place. If you do choose to visit on Saturday, we will have an adapted tour programme taking place to enable you to still visit and engage with the Painted Hall, outside of the closed area.
