It’s time for the annual Jingle Bell Ball and this year, Santa has left the silliest Elf at the North Pole in charge which means festive chaos is guaranteed!

Relaxed performances 

This production is SEND friendly, but for the relaxed performances, the house lights will remain on, the sound levels will be quieter and the Elves will be keeping their distance a little more than usual.

Important notice: Due to the historical nature of the building the Queen Mary Undercroft is limited to 5 wheelchair access guests per performance & unfortunately no electric wheelchairs / electric mobility scooters etc.
