Bread: Wild Farmed flour sourdough with cultured butter
Starters:
- Black Tiger Prawn, Bloody Mary, squid ink cracker

- Heritage Beets, watercress gremolata, orange vinaigrette, London feta style cheese, caramelized walnuts (VE)
Mains:
- Packington Estate Venison Fillet, potato croquette, pumpkin puree, braised red cabbage, mulled wine spices
Or
- Roasted Hake, herb crumb, Jerusalem artichoke puree, baby leeks and saffron sauce
Or
- Jerusalem artichoke and wild mushroom ragout, salt backed celeriac, dried enoki (VE)
