At Company of Cooks we are proud to launch our updated wine list for the coming year. We have continued working with new suppliers to source the best value wines from across the world.

The current list includes many exciting wines from small, independent wineries, which we feel privileged to have found and eager to share.

We have ensured that there is an ample choice of wines throughout the price range to enable you to select a match for your palate, whatever your budget.

We have endeavoured to keep this list to a manageable size but we are happy to source further wines if required for that special function, given a budget and a little time. We are delighted to offer advice on our wine list, including matching wine to your chosen menu. Hope you enjoy your search for the right bottle, but of course enjoy drinking it even more!

    Boatmans Drift takes its name from the 18th century legend of the Flying Dutchman; a ship which was lost off the Cape of Good Hope in a storm. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, this wine is a pale lemon in colour with a bouquet of apple and white flowers. The palate is crisp with notes of white peach, mango and guava and a fresh and zesty acidity.

The palate is filled with stone fruit, ripe orange and citrus notes, and has a long crisp finish.

The grapes are left on their skins for up to 8 hours to extract colour and flavour before being fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is pale cherry pink in colour with notes of raspberries and pink lady apples.
