A flesh and lively white from the far west of Spain that combines the local Eva grape variety with the reknowned aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. Modern winemaking preserves crisp green herb and floral aromas and white fruits on the palate balanced by a zesty finish.

Boatmans Drift takes its name from the 18th century legend of the Flying Dutchman; a ship which was lost off the Cape of Good Hope in a storm. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, this wine is a pale lemon in colour with a bouquet of apple and white flowers. The palate is crisp with notes of white peach, mango and guava and a fresh and zesty acidity.

Sicilian Catarratto sourced entirely from organic vineyards which sit on soils made up of silt, limestone, sand and clay. A pale straw colour with a fresh and zesty nose. The palate is crisp and balanced, evocative notes of Sicilian melon, white blossom and grapefruit are in abundance with a citrus acidity and a subtle mineral complexity on the finish.

A bright, fresh Languedoc white from the coastal flatlands of Sete which abounds with fragrant aromas of white flowers, quince and anis followed by ginger and citrus notes. It is lively on the palate with notes of lemon, melon and honey finishing crisp and dry with matured crystallised citrus fruits.

The sloping hills of Gavi, roughly 300 metres above sea level, provide the Cortese grape the perfect conditions to produce concentrated, rich wines. This Gavi di Gavi is a single vineyard wine with a floral, ripe pear & citrus fruit nose. The wine is aged on its lees to give texture and complexity. The palate is filled with stone fruit, ripe orange and citrus notes, and has a long crisp finish.

Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the grapes are harvested at night to retain freshness. The grapes are left on their skins for up to 8 hours to extract colour and flavour before being fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is pale cherry pink in colour with notes of raspberries and pink lady apples.

At Château Paradis nestling on the slopes to the north of the historic town of Aix they hand make a delicious Provençal rosé which is presented in smart contemporary packaging. It is made by the saignée method of `bleeding` the fermenting juice from the skins to preserve delicacy and character. Essenciel rosé wine has a rose-petal colour and is elegant and dry with aromatic fruit aromas derived from a vibrant blend of Cabernet and Syrah.

This wine shows a ripe dark fruit character that is both ripe and expressive. This easy drinking blend combines the cherry and strawberry fruit character of the local Tempranillo with the spice and structure of Shiraz.

This Malbec is grown using organic principles in the vineyards of Mendoza. A dark purple in colour with bramble fruits and black cherries on the nose. The palate has great concentration with velvety texture, dark fruits and chocolate on the finish.

Contrade Bellusa Nero d`Avola is grown on organic vineyards in Sicily on soils consisting of calcareous clay with a rich iron component. A rich, ruby red in colour with violet reflections and a pronounced nose of dark cherries and bramble fruits. The palate is juicy with cherry jam, plum, blackberries and a subtle liquorice and vanilla note on the finish. Excellent balance of acidity, ripe fruits and soft tannins.

Intense purple in colour with intense aromas of blackberries and cherries. The palate is round and rich with notes of ripe berry fruit, sweet black cherries a touch of liquorice and a distinctive spicy character from 12 months ageing in wooden casks. Chewy tannins support the palate which finishes long and fruity.

A fresh and fruity Bardolino made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. The wine is medium bodied with notes of sour cherries, blackcurrants and a hint of black pepper. Soft and supple in the mouth, this wine has a long and fruity finish.

An easy drinking soft and well-rounded French sparkler with hints of light summer fruits on the palate and crisp acidity. It has a pale golden colour with a light persistent mousse and off dry finish. Vibrant and fun, it makes for a great party wine.

A pale-gold pioneer of the fresh, fruit-forward English style Sparkling with a fine mousse and bright elegant finish. Aromas dance between creamy citrus zest and white peach, gently balanced by fresh honey. On the palate, crisp apple and brioche from 18 months on lees, which are balanced by characteristic freshness and finesse. Elegant now but will age gracefully.

Pale gold in colour with a delicate and complex nose, with hints of citrus and white fruits. Fresh and easy on the palate, with a creamy mousse and notes of honeysuckle, ripe peach, citrus and a slight toasty note on the finish. Well balanced with a fresh acidity.

One of the few rosé Champagnes made by a technique called `saignee`, where the red grape skins are left on the wine for up to 3 days, giving the wine its unique salmon pink colour. The nose is fragrant with hints of red and black fruit, reminiscent of raspberries, black cherries and blackcurrants. The wine is fresh, rounded and supple, with a long finish.

A vivid golden colour with the fine stream of bubbles classic to the Churchill style. A slightly held back nose but the flavours on the palate a full of hazelnuts and almonds with an abundance of fresh fruits, citrus and balanced acidity combine to create a well-rounded champagne with a great length at the finish.
