A memorable Baby Yoga class to help new parents bond with their baby in a magnificent setting. A chance for tired parents to carve out some time to stretch, release tension and build strength in a mindful and enjoyable way.

Changing, feeding, nursing and playing is welcome throughout. The class is open to all caregivers and pre-crawling babies. New mums must be six weeks post-birth or eight weeks after C-section (go ahead from your GP). Please bring a mat and a blanket to place your baby on and any teethers and toys they enjoy. Visit to Painted Hall at the end of the session.
