Family packages | The Elves and the Magic Bear & Father Christmas: Sat 29 Nov - Tue 23 Dec 25 | Selected days| Various times
The Elves and the Magic Bear: Sat 6-Tue 23 Dec 2025 | Selected days | Various times
A heart-warming Christmas performance is returning to Admiral’s House this winter!
(Please note, the show features a costume character bear which some younger audience members may find overwhelming. The bear does not go near anyone in the audience and is very friendly!)
The production is SEND friendly, but for the relaxed performances, the house lights will remain on, the sound levels will be quieter and the elves will be alert to keeping their distance a little more to avoid any concerns with personal space.
Relaxed Sessions: 10am Sat 6, Sun 7, Sat13, Sun14, Fri 19, Sat 20, Sun 21, Mon 22 & 9.30am Tue 23
Father Christmas: 30 Nov | Selected days| Various times
This Christmas, join us in Admiral’s House for our very own slice of the North Pole right here in Greenwich.
For families with very young children and babies, or children who would like a similar experience to the standard sessions but may benefit from a slightly quieter and gentler approach, we recommend booking our ‘Babies and Toddlers Father Christmas' sessions.
Relaxed Sessions: Sat 6, Sun 7, Sat 13, Sun 14, Sat 20, Sun 21, Mon 22 December – 10.15am 2025
These sessions are adapted to be more accessible and will have a more relaxed environment. Each session will be drop-in, so you are welcome to arrive at any point during the session (with last entry fifteen minutes before the end time), so there’s less pressure to have to arrive for a very specific time. Once you have arrived, you are welcome to stay for as little or as long as you like (up until the end of your session).
The content of the sessions will be adapted from the standard sessions. Father Christmas will be seated on the floor, to help make the space feel a little less daunting, and he will be a little more mobile, meaning there is no pressure to feel you need to sit or stand still for a set amount of time. Father Christmas and his helper will be paying even closer attention to how families and children are feeling in the space and will adjust the session and their interactions as best as they can to help everyone enjoy the event in a way that suits them. Due to this, Father Christmas is not guaranteed to read ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, but he may read some or all the story during the sessions if it feels appropriate. Children will come away with a Christmas gift, and families will be able to take a photo with Father Christmas if they would like, but there will be no pressure.
Important notice: For wheelchair access tickets please go to 'The Elves and the Magic Bear' and 'Father Christmas' booking pages
Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable
