A unique combination of Rapid Tapping and Lie Down & Listen - the blissful sound healing and lying down classical concert experience will allow you to drop into a relaxed and empowered, creative state.

The session will open with a Rapid Tapping session led by founder Poppy Delbridge and a live soundscape by vocalist Anastasija bringing you into a rhythmically and energetically aligned state, opening your heart and calming the central nervous system.

As you experience Anastasija’s extraordinary music, you’ll feel an immersion in sound, bringing you into the present moment and echoing a world in constant transition.
